After his win over Mosley, would a fight in GB between him and Billy Joe Saunders be viable, possibly in a few fights time for the latter. If not here,on neutral territory?
They're the same weight for starters.Saunders is up and coming,Mundine falls short of the top 10,I think, but has just had a good win against an albeit past it legend.Dont you think it would be a good step up,and why is it bizarre?
Reasonable points,Lukey. But didn't Mundine fight Geale at Middleweight, and also campaign at that weight before? You possibly know more about the situation in Australia than I do.I assumed if the money was right he might come over.Katsidis did a few times. But as you say if he's earning big money there he probably wouldn't.I think BJS needs to step it up a bit,and to be honest, thought of Mundine after hearing he beat Mosley.Still don't think its a bad fight, and one Saunders could win.
Ah Anthony Mundine. I love it when he gets brought up. It's my excuse to bring this out again. Most embarrassing attempt at generating 'cross over appeal' from a boxer ever? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B4DNGiAHNO4
Thanks, mate.Thats what I was getting at.Plus Mundine is a bit controversial and gobby.I think it would be a decent build up,and agree Vera a good fight also. Not sure about Eubank.I don't think he's earned it yet,but the needle and buildup, again would be good.Think his dad will hold him back a while.
