I think Billy owes the whole forum an apology. Because his attitude towards boxing fans is nasty to say the least. Not just Jonesy, but I've been on the end of it to. And so have others.

Why don't the mods ban him, if they can ban skills and me for such little things, and when the likes of general is being run like an out of control prison. How does he get away with it?

I sympathize with both Billy and Ricky they trained as if the fight was on, that is all they knew. I felt sorry for Ricky months ago, I feel even more so now.

Got to ask a question here. VVarren is a snake of the highest order but what about blaming Vazquez for this as well? I think he could have made his intentions clear a lot sooner.

 

Billy owes nobody an apology he's been fleeced like everyone else. I can't help but think there has been a translation barrier from when Ponce sparred Miguel, Maybe he said that Miguel was **** in sparring, not shitting in sparring

 

It's a good point that Billy has been left in the lurch like the rest of us so he hasn't really got anything to apologise for. However, what he can't do is come on here and starting sticking up for FW and give the whole "Ricky will get the big fights soon" talk. FW is killing Ricky's career and stunting his growth into a superstar. He and his team must wake up and walk away before it's too late.

OK fair enough, lets say, Billy was no wiser than any of us. But you shouldn't be screaming and shouting that the fight is on, when it looked increasingly likely that it wasn't. People have spent big money and made arrangements for this fight. The best thing you can give them is the truth, or nothing at all. Saying the fight was on, when the rest of the world was saying its of, and then all the mess afterwards with Vazquez taking pictures of himself groping a "contract"......this whole farce has been atsch but at the same time. Fair enough, the fight being on is all they probably knew, and prepared as if it was in the gym. But the best thing you can do is remain quiet and just say Ricky is doing well in the gym. By implying the fight is on, you are setting yourself up for a a fall. Especially when Frank is involved. And they didnt make the Broner fight when they could of!

You should all know what Frank is like by now.....is this a massive surprise to anybody? Really?
