Whilst I dislike Frank, he will lose no sleep over losing George Groves. He will be the first to smile and say I told you so when it happens, George Groves is overdue and we will see it happen under Matchroom. Sooner rather than later. Froch in the summer or in December is the plan, I predicted this a few days ago. By George signing with Matchroom, that fight can be easily made with no interruptions now. George Groves has been cherry picked by Froch as they have sparred.

So no hard feelings regards Groves from Frank. What will be hard feelings is if Ricky Burns jumps ship also. I expect a lot of drama if/when that happens. Tony Bellew v2.

As for Billy Nelson, you know I respect you Bill, and you know I dont want you of this forum. I appreciate someone inside the game being on the forum. And we dont need to lose you like we did Bunce. You and Ricky were non the wiser to any of us. Unfortunately I have been proved right again regards promotion and management. I suspect as professionals you and Ricky will be devastated because you trained hard for this fight and would of trained as if the fight was on.

I feel sorry for both of you, I really do. Keep your heads up guys, tell Ricky the same. We are all behind you and we have all been let down by this promotion again, more so the people who paid through the nose to go to the fight as dated.

Anyone saying this has come as a complete surprise must have been walking around with their eyes shut. There has been rumours since the fight was announced Vazquez himself has stated no contract signed and at no point has there been a press conference with Vazquez present.
