Billy used to be a regular on here. We had a few "keyboard spars" over the years.... Billy really loves his own boxers....I think we can safely say his opinions are not entirely neutral or without bias....
He still posts on here now and again but not so much He got given a hard time on here when he was working with burns
Yeah I remember around the Gonzalez fight he was taking a hammering. He stands up for his fighters as anyone would. People were giving him aggro because Gonzalez looked better than Burns early doors and were calling him all sorts. Would much rather have the likes Pro's and trainers on here than some of the keyboard warriros but it's easy to sling insults via the web. shame,
Steady on about ritson. Totally unproven and doesn't look great to me at all from what I've seen......
I agree, exciting fighter to watch but I suspect that when he steps up we will see him struggle. hope not, he is a better Eggington
Too straight up and down, stiff, robotic, mechanical for me. Takes too many flush shots. Not a good look.
I think Ritson beats everyone at British level and even Crolla. Whether he has what it takes to go beyond remains to be seen but I remember Billy saying he wins the British easy, and he was correct.
Easy work for Ritson He beats Crolla too Easy to hit so may struggle at world level but I think he will get to that level with ease. It will take a top talent to beat him - and there is lots of room for him to improve too
He loved it though, he gave as good as he got majority of the time. I would say he’s a very loyal man and someone you would appreciate in your team
