Mmm, with respect Aus-B, if you're talking about the Marali IBO title, then just stick to 31-1 mate.
Anyone who thought he won that fight, watched it with very dark glasses on.

You're asking that all Aus support him, yet at 31-1 he's fighting journeymen, club fighters & padded record opponents.
He doesn't need our support to fight them. :verysad

Once he gets this title it will open many doors for him around the word, and will be able to fight some top featherweights

Once again mate, with respect, that story had been doing the rounds for some time.

We got a buzz from the Luevano fight but it was shaded by the Marali affair & when he lost that one he seemed to start all over again, hitting the Jap when he was down then a series of Pinoys.
I understand the process after a loss, but Billy's has been a process of tippy-toe back.

We'll see if it's different this time, but I think there will be plenty of room on his wagon until he does,
It's not that we don't want to see him do well, but the mushroom treatment we've been getting isn't helping.

Shows some promise but if he wants to earn respect from fans head over seas, will solve the lack of respect problem very quickly.!!!

This is the IBF belt right?

That means top 2 contenders available fight off for the vacant belt?

Billy is then fighting the best available in the IBF so props to him and I will be watching him win the IBF world title :good

What the hell for? Australia needs people like Geale at the top of the sport, not Dib.
He's demonstrated a complete lack of respect for his opponents and the sport on several occasions.

I don't like saying bad stuff about anyone (except Mandy :yep), however Dibs attitude is ****.

I hope he and Joel Brunker get it on sometime in the future and Joel knocks him into next year.

We will see Billy's great attitude in the ring next time he bites, goes below the belt or hits the opponent on a break when the going gets tough.
Fine attitude he has conducted over the years....lets all get behind him:patsch

Despite what happened in the past, regarding his lack of discipline, I think he's on the road to recovery. He's definitely matured a bit and will eventually get his shot...usually when the ultimate goal gets closer the opposition becomes stronger, but this is where the supporters will hopefully give him the support and recognition he deserves once achieved.

I know Billy well and I wish him all the best!

I wouldn't cross the road with a free ticket to watch this joker fight. Dirty fighters are not that enjoyable to watch. I also don't understand why we should get behind him? What a stupid remark. Either you like someone or you don't. Getting behind someone just because he lives in the same country as yourself is silly. Sh!t man let's all get behind Ivan Milat, he is a fellow grub and plays dirty. Ok, bit extreme but you get the drift.
