self disippline, you need to discipline your self and let your self see the benfits of being disciplined when training.

this sounds like an arsehole reply but its a case of doing it or not! easier said than done, but think of it this way look at a really fat person and think one day im not gunna be able to train as hard, and if i still binge and eat crap thats gunna be me!

  4. the thing is once ive binged i go back to training and eating good , but it just stops me from being in tip top shape and puts that layer of fat back over my abs and so on its like a repition a month of good training and eating and then a week of binging its crazy

    Same thing happens to me.

One week i'll eat as clean as can be, do all the gym work.

Come the second week i fall off the map with everything.

cool-cat's post is sound advice mate.

im not saint with my diet but im in shape all year round and eat well all year round. Your ahead of most people in that you can do it, because you do it every month or so. You just need to find what triggers the binge eating and well stop it basically. It must be something of when you get into shape you have enough and want to treat yourself , maybe youve reached your goal?? so set a new goal once you get into shape. Not food wise but knowing you need to eat right for another month to reach that goal because you cant do it without good nutrition. Keep setting new targets where you know you need to eat right to get there. One day you wont think about it target or not

Try to put the things you like a it more into your routine.

For example every sunday have a beer and the junk food you like, if you eat and train well the other 6 days you will still be in tip top shape.

Plan your meals at least a day ahead. Cook ahead of time and separate them into portions for each meal, that way you won't be tempted to over-eat.

If you can't help it, go binge on vegetables. Eat as much of those as you want. You can probably eat a whole head of lettuce and it would barely add up to the same calories as one slice of cheesecake.

You know what, I used to do the same thing. I'd be super healthy for a month, and then binge for a week and lose it all. In the end, it's because I was depriving myself during that month, and the body naturally wants to make up for it. Make sure not to starve yourself that month, there's only so long willpower can help out. Avoiding simple carbs worked wonders for me, since that's what usually triggers my binges.

I tell you what, i tell you what.......

Stop being such a ****ing ******, and learn some self discipline.

Nobody has got a gun to you're head, when you are at the fridge and looking at some icecream.

So get a grip of yourself.

You have no reason, or nothing stopping you.........but yourself and you're own bad atitude towards discipline.

    So sort yourself ****ing out.

Nobody is asking you to climb a moutain, the solution to this thread is simple.

Its the smaller things that make great proffessionals.
