Do you realise how many calories there are in cheesecake and how little there is in lettuce? You could probably eat 100 heads of lettuce before it adds up to a slice of cheesecake
Change your eating patterns gradually and stick to them. If you deprive yourself of things it's natural to want to make up in excess when you allow yourself. Just watch what you eat, don't take it to extremes either way. A cheeseburger every now and then isn't going to matter at all if you're training.
Yea, you are right, it would have to be a very big head of lettuce and a tiny sliver of a slice of cheesecake. My point is, if you're going to binge, you can get away with it as long as you're eating certain vegetables.
I take these Hydroycut hoodia pills as an appitite suppresent. http://www.gnc.com/product/index.jsp?productId=3780490 the bottle says take 2 twice a day. I usually take just one pill once a day with a snack between b-fast and lunch. some times ill take another pill between lunch and dinner. taking 1/2 to 1/4 of the reccomended dosage makes the bottle last up to a month or so longer and after the bottle runs out i usually take a week or 2 off so my tolerance drops.
Why would you take an appetite suppressor? If you're working out you often need to eat more. If you really want to eat less eat more fibre and get enough protein so you feel full for longer. Also drink plenty of water. What is it about idiots that make them so attracted to supplements?
have you ever taken any type of appetite suppresent? have you ever had a habbit of binging out after every training session resulting in 1000+ extra carbs a day above and beyond what you burned working out from your normal 3 hour session? i eat 5 prunes daily and i still eat 4000+ calories daily with out my appatite suppresents. as well i add shrimp fish chicken hard boiled eggs and other stuff high in protien to just about everything i eat averging 120-150 g of protien a day.....and i still eat 4000+ calories daily when i dont take my appatite suppresents. got any better advice? cause more protien and more fiber is **** advice. and you do realize what a supplement is and the actual definition for supplement and how that might differ from what a surpressent is and what the definition of surpressent is, right?
Wow. If you're eating 4000+ calories a day, and an extra 5 prunes, then I don't think your "appatite suppresents" are working.

So how much do you eat with your appetite suppressants? Have you tried combing the 5 prunes and shrimp with the appetite suppressants? Surely shrimp, appetite suppressants and 5 prunes everyday would be a powerful dietary weapon? You could blend them up with the hard boiled egg and the juice of 5 prunes and make a diet shake.
