    I hope he goes all out trying to get it.

    It will only benefit Art in the long run(if he weathers the storm).

    Mollo has a very good offensive arsenal, quick hands and pretty good power and explosiveness, he does lack defensively but Art will not be able to test it, he will go down and early.

    Mike Mollo (19-1, 12 KOs) impressively annihilated Art Binkowski (16-2-3, 11 KOs). In round two, Mollo dropped Binknowski hard with a left hook. Binkowski bravely got up but was forced to take a knee to escape Mollo's follow-up barrage. After that, Mollo unleashed a torrent of punches punctuated by a crushing uppercut that dropped Binkowski again. Referee Gerald Scott stopped it at 1:25.

    That one, and the Williamson fight. Probably why I wasn't all that impressed.

    On this fight - clearly Binkowski didn't have the whiskers to weather the storm. Maybe Mollo is a step above him.

    Thanks for calling attention to this overlooked fight.

    Here is the fight.

    Not much in the first round. In the second, Mollo lands a massive left hook that puts Binkowski down, then sends him down two more times! It was impressive that Binkowski got up from the first KD.
