For some weights yes. But the places I listed above is where the world title was first won. For example sid smith was the first flyweight world champion when he won his title in Paris but the flyweight division existed before that. However when new divisions like cruiserweight were created they had to have a world champion straight away so Marvin Camel fought Mate Parlov in split Croatia in the first ever cruiserweight fight.
Do you not count Joe Choynski's Light Heavyweight title claim? I don't see a lot of reason for counting the Sullivan McCaffrey as the first gloved heavyweight title fight over the Sullivan Mitchel one (though there were some earlier ones billed for it). There was also Harrington Vs Rooke fight at Middleweight, but no one really seems to count that one.
