Those body kicks took it out of Jardine that round. I think that front kick hurt Keith's knee as well.

Yeah - kicks are still legal in UFC. That looked bad. I've always wondered why guys don't use more kicks to the knee in MMA.

I know kicks are legal. I'm not a total twat. I mean are you allowed to front kick the shin. Surely it would just cause bad injuries.
And, yeah kicks to the knees really should be used more. Worked wonders for Forrest against Rampage.

 

Yeah - I didn't mean it like that. It's only in Pancrase or shootwrestling where those kinds of kicks aren't legal. Fighters just don't use them for some reason.
