Liddell would KO bisping even at this stage.

Make Bisping vs Quarry for a comeback, or Belcher.

I doubt the UFC goes near Belcher. Bisping will be tentative in his comeback fight, and Belcher's a competent enough striker to lay the Brit out. Quarry, also, has a pretty good punch and is tough as nails. I expect Bisping to get fed the biggest can the UFC can find, just to rebuild his confidence. That Hendo punch took a lot of starch out of him...and probably shaved a year off his life.

    which one??

agree with your comment - Bisping is the big money spinner for the UFC over here in the UK

thats why the Hamill **** went down the way it did

but dont write Bisp off - he seems the kind of guy who'll use the loss to motivate him

Well, he's going to have to be pretty mentally tough to overcome a devastating KO like this. It's certainly not impossible, but it might be an eye opener for him in that it reinforces he's never going to be the top guy in his division.

he's still got stuff to learn, and he knows that

like i said in one of the other threads, now would seemto be a good time to get a sports psych in to sort the merntal side of his game out

First step is eventually wake up.

Next find out who he is as a fighter, is he a twntative counter kickboxer with average well rounded ground and wrestling? If he is, that's not enough, or at least it's not if he doesn't get to a better camp full time. Basically he needs an identity, if your gonna fight like he does you need big power or Machida speed.

He should look to model himself after Kampmann, more Thai based, offensive with bjj rather than mediocre, and training full time at Coutures. Kampmann is a good model for European fighters who start as decent kickboxers; Joachim Hamsen is a good model for grapplers.

Belcher would wreck Bisping are you kidding? This guy is a MW Clay Guida with relatively good striking skills

Lol. Bisping wouldnt get wreck by a guy who got trashed by ****in Jason Day.
I know that Bisping isnt a great fighter, but Belcher is so overrated its not possible.
