I've become a huge Brook fan over the build up and am so gutted for him. Anyone who claims Brook gave up is an absolutely idiotic bloodthirsty caveman. Kell brooks brittle face; its just too strange that he'd break both eye sockets in consecutive fights. A fit Kell brook with an intact face probably beats spence in the end and everyone else in the division but in my opinion he should retire after fighting Khan. I'd hate for him to go into another fight and lose his vision, at least with khan you know he won't do a great deal of damage whilst still being a decent opponent.
I've said in other threads he didn't give up, his body gave up on him. But to be honest, it's probably largely his responsibility. Dropping two weight classes after a bad injury isn't logical. I don't want him to fight Khan, as i don't want to see him at 147 again. Fighting at 147 for Brook, is more risky than fighting a puncher at 154 right now.
Hats off to Brook for fighting well the first half of the fight. Both of them showed great technique, it was great to watch. Spence just kept coming and the body attack on Brook started taking its toll. Howard Foster did a great job as Referee, he let the boys fight. I think Brook handles most other fighters at 147 and would be a threat at 154.
yeah brook vs khan will be very entertaining, which is worse glass chin or glass eye khan never quits though, no matter what
