If Vada was in the contract then fair play to him if not that’s sucks for him.

Where's all the proof that Bivol takes PEDS? Barrera pulled out of a fight with Kovalev also....................two times! Barrera is already making excuses! He knows that Eastern European fighters are hated in America, look how badly cheated Kovalev was. When I did work for Klitschkos, I was called every name in the book because of all the hate, that's another reason Klitschkos fought mostly in Germany, they wanted to fight in America more often, but the hate kept them away. Kovalev should have fought SOB in Europe, Russia, anywhere except SOB's venue! Proof of the hate was proven in the Kovalev/SOB Fight, low blows and all cheating was allowed for SOB! SOB knows he would have lose if not for Toney weeks............................low blows!

If it's in the contract he definitely should test, as I think all should test.
For half of the posters here it doesn't make any difference at all, because "they are all using", as a recent poll showed us. Which means for them Barrera himself is still juicing, VADA tested or not.

 

The WBA fairboxing program became mandatory at the start of 2018 so Bivol and Barrera should both be enrolled with VADA as per the WBA's rules. Any boxers not should be kicked from their rankings according to the WBA's rules.

So Barrera isn't asking for anything that shouldn't already be happening.
