I'm still waiting for an actual valid response from these guys that isn't "what, no, it was the short camp and Kovalev was drained" which doesn't at all explain the fight. So far I've got one clown claiming he could destroy me in an argument (ooo scary) without even attempting to tackle the points and other raging naive-os providing statements and not giving reasons or rationale against the points.
@Quina74 After reading the news below, I started to agree with you. They have already arranged the next light heavyweight contest for Canelo in December in London, against Matchroom boxers. “We’ve got the mandatory for his super-middleweight championship and the This content is protected This content is protected . So, John Ryder or [the winner of] Joshua Buatsi vs Craig Richards. We’re well-placed to provide him for one of those fights in London. Buatsi vs Richards is a fight where the winner can stake a claim to be in those kinds of fights with Canelo. At the moment they’re two domestic, world class prospects. You need to go out there and be involved in a big fight like that at the O2 to start calling out a legend like Canelo Alvarez. He’s going to want a dance partner in the UK.” Excuse me??? "his light-heavyweight championship"??? Really?? His??? When did it become This content is protected ??? https://talksport.com/sport/boxing/1103113/eddie-hearn-canelo-alvarez-fight-december-date-london/
With the GGG fight signed and talks of now a UK fight, it seems as if they are acting as if Canelo has beaten Bivol already. It's like they don't see any potential of Canelo losing or any risk to this fight. I hope we see a fight, but I think it's more likely we get a dodgy sparring affair (even though sparring is much more intense than Canelos fights against Kovalev/Smith/Yildrim)
The thing is, this fight is not in the past, it is in the future and we all have eyes. If it is a fix then it will be clear for all to see - not long to go now is there?
Well, I hope you are wrong. I think Bivol has a very good chance of winning this fight. I can't imagine he would throw a fight. Just doesn't seem to be his character. As to Kovalev, he was shot, imo. Kovalev looked ridiculously frail against Canelo. He either took a dive or he was just too far gone to put up much resistance.
A bunch of idiots.... the disrespect is real Bivol will not take a dive. He will give Canelo nighmares. I can't wait when he makes you guys look stupid
Multiple people have given a valid response. The reality is whatever happens, Bivol will come to take Canelos belts, even if he loses. You see one strange bout with Kovalev and all of the sudden you think it's likely that Bivol will lay down for a paycheck or not try to win at all. Bivol is not shot Kovalev. I believe Bivol will cause the upset. He is motivated. But I have a genuine question, if Canelo does win convincingly against a 100% Bivol, would you give him his credit ? Okay then how was the Plant fight fixed. Plant clearly came to fight
