Bivol is just a better boxer than Canelo. Size didn't play a part in the result

Errrrr not sure, I think Bivol was superb, but the height and reach certainly helped him, that doesn't take away from his boxing IQ and obvious talent, but we have to be honest and acknowledge the size was a factor.

I've debunked the whole shite around Bivol being significantly bigger than Canelhoe. If you want to be enlightened ill link you to my clear documented evidence

You can try to spin this all you want but Bivol is clearly the bigger guy between the two. This of course takes nothing away from Bivol's victory but cut the BS.

I think it was height and reach not the weight.

Fielding is 6'1 with a 75 inch reach.
Jacobs is 5'11 with a 73 inch reach.
Kovalev is 6'0 with a 72 inch reach.
Callum Smith is 6'3 with a 78 inch reach.
Yildirim is 5'11 with a 70 inch reach.
Saunders is 5'11 with a 71 inch reach.
Plant is 6'1 with a 74 inch reach.

But it's Bivol, who is 6 foot with a 72 inch reach that was too tall and rangy.

If the big guy is also really good, it matters, you know? If they are good but not that good, then you can overcome it. In plain English.

Ggg is between 170 and 174 on fight night. Canelo was always the bigger men.

He is both a better Boxer & has size, height, Reach advantages as well.

those have never been an issue for Canelo before, which is the clear indicator that Bivol is a superior boxer, but to ignore his physical advantages over Canelo would be to be a blind man.

That’s why Canelo should not activate rematch clause… it will in all probability be the same result.

Agreed, he looked heavy, flatfooted and almost slow next to Bivol. That style would get him blasted out against a guy like Beterbiev and maybe even Smith. I don't look for him to ever fight either one.
