Yes but at Light heavy weight for bivols titles. If crawford would win this than he is the goat. Don't need to weaken bivol by weight cutting, that's not the same kind of win
But bivol will be a completely different fight for crawford, bivol is a perfect boxer with great stamina and absolute toughness. I see bivol beating crawford at light heavy in a clear decision
They must have because I have been very clear and consistent about why I thought Crawford would win and I was proven right in almost every way
Yeah, but the more one throws, the more you leave yourself open. And Bud has far superior hand speed, foot speed and skills. It would be hard to corner him and if he does, Bud can strategically clinch, like he did tonight and box and move again. Like another poster said, it would be shocking to see a slow, basic fighter beat Bud, even if a good size bigger.
Mbilli might be less skilful than Clenelo but he's much fresher, much busier, and much more relentless. Clenelo was a very stylistically favourable match up for Crawford, especially this version of Clenelo. Clenelo was the old man in there tonight not the older in chronological years but younger in boxing years Crawford.
First I intended to post this dream match but then I saw your thread. This is another interesting fight to watch. Bivol will not be that advantage if the fight takes place at 168.
Bud is not stupid he ain't fighting no Bivol or any top 168s. He will fight eubank jnr or retire. He has no need to take any more risky fights. He is too smart. Zero motivation for him to fight Mbilli, that is a risky fight against a nobody.
I'd rather see Bivol V Benavidez at 175. Plus, I think Bivol is a little too big for Crawford. In addition to Bivol having a completely different style that is much harder to figure out.
