Both men have the same amount of time to prepare for one another Canelo was previously trying to secure a fight with Plant at SMW..... different weight and completely different type of fighter. The fight hasn't been made and now he's trying to make one with Bivol.... which sees him move up again to LHW Not quite sure how anyone can still dig him out for that. Simply haters.

There is only one reason to do it at 168 and that is to drain Bivol making him weaker. The deck will already be stacked in Canelo's favour as it is but would be nice if Bivol could at least fight at his normal weight so that he at least has a punchers chance of knocking Canelo out since that's his only chance of getting the win. Even that slim chance will be out the window if he's drained down.
how is it already stacked against him? neither one is getting any extra time to prepare for the other, site and particulars havent even been discussed, judges or refs havent been agreed to yet. so what exactly is stacked against him other than hes facing a better fighter than himself? what else exactly am i missing?
