Vinny Pazienza had a pretty bizarre style, wobbling and dipping around wildly on the outside, darting in for brief exchanges, all augmented by his unusual body shape and exuberant personality. Not a legend, of course, but I think his style was effective in large part because guys just didn't know what to do with him; his movement was so herky-jerky and unpredictable that they couldn't get into a rhythm and deal with him on normal terms the way they could against most every other opponent they had encountered. By the way, great to see you again, Cross Trainer! I haven't been around these forums much in recent weeks, so I don't know if your return is old news by now, but this is the first I can recall seeing of you in what must be close to a couple years now.
When I watched Sandy Saddler's fights with Tony Pep, I've always came out of thinking that Saddler style of fighting looked sloppy and ugly.
Yeah I meant Willie, I guess I said Tony because I happened to watch Floyd Mayweather Jr fight with Tony Pep a week ago.
yeh so many names are confusing haha i love watching a young mayweather hes brilliant. Alfredo Escalara had a quite herky jerky style not necessary ugly though
