Flores points. Brathwaite has looked like crap in terms of boxing lately. Flores is probably prone to get KOed, but he's shown that he knows how to avoid getting hit by a slugger. Flores by UD in an ugly, boring fight.

Flores should be able to outbox Braithwaite here as Wayne has not looked good even in beating Hernandez. I'll take Flores by comfortable decision.

So many people picking Braithwaite around the net. Flores is gonna prove a point by KOing Wayne in style

Braithwaite never impressed me to be honest. Too much showboating too little substance. Flores wins this one.

This will be a very good fight between a top 10 and a top 15 contender.

I read the purse bids are held on January 22nd, 1 day before Flores' tune-up. Flores' team better hope he does not get distracted...

Flores by all accounts SHOULD handle Braithwaite. He's younger, slicker, better on the move and has a better all around arsenal. THAT SAID Braithwaite is coming off an unsuspected KO of another high ranking cruiser prospect so counting him out seems atad unfair.

I figure Flores will win this 9-3/10-2 ish but will have a moment or two where Braithwaite's power scares him.

    Adamek-Flores was made! :(

I mean, all's well that ends well if they still wind up fighting after some tuneups, but why all the pussyfooting? Can't Banks and Braithwaite meet for the right to challenge the winner?

Banks/Braithwaite is actually a better fight at this stage. Flores would just out speed Braithwaite, but Banks is probably on the level of an old Braithwaite. Both are susceptible to power, too.

Adamek should handle Flores, then rematch Cunningham. That was a such a great fight, would love to see it again later this year.

Yeah I was pretty excited when Adamek had Flores/Cunningham on the menu. I guess Banks/Flores/Cunningham is acceptable, as long as the fight get made within a year (and of course, he wins).
