Obviously BJ Penn isn't your every day BJJ practitioner, but it is still highly entertaining to see how he can finish an untrained unknowledgeable fighter without throwing a strike in 30 seconds.

I watched this yesterday. The guy was trying way too hard. For a moment I think he believed his leg flapping and upside down headlock had stopped BJ. You can see that BJ is very slowly getting into position and applying the lock. He isn't being a brute about it.
