    GUYS IF YOU KNOW YOUR GOING TO READ THIS BOOK AT SOME POINT STOP READING !!!!!

    Just thought id put this out and see if any like minded fans have read it and see what your thoughts are , points i was particularly interested in :

    Phenominal insight into top top level Jui Jitsu competitions and the JJ world in general , so much so im now training again in a Gi

    The speed of his MMA rise

    The constant exposing of Dana White as a self centered ass hole , and " untrustrorthy businessman " VERY INTERESTING

    The real reasons he left the UFC , maybe public knowledge to some but it wasnt to me

    His constant battle for the right type of fight preparation training

    His thoughts on Sherk and St Pierre as cheaters

    Kenny Florians text message he sent Penn's manager prior to his St Pierre fight

    All in all a phenominal book , thoughts ????? .............

    Florian text a guy called David Weintraub (co author of " Why I Fight " and UFC production specialist and friend of the Penn family) who happened to be part of BJ's camp right before the St Pierre fight .

    The text said " I hope BJ kicks St Pierre's ass because St Pierre is a greaser (applies grease to his body to make him more slippery) like Huerta " and Weintrab showed BJ the text .

    When the case was filed against St Pierre by Penn Florian denied all knowledge of this message and ever caling anyone a greaser !!!!!

    Yes he actually trained with GSP for the Penn fight more than he did with De La Grotte and the old team even though it was De La Grotte and that annoying ******* of a brother who cornered him for Penn .

    He's since to my knowledge gone full time at the Tri Star , and is probably now flitting between Greg Jackson and Faras Zahavi .................

    So BJ is the only one who has the balls to call out GSP. Nobody else will publicly admit it then. Not too suprising I guess. Thanks for the info.

    BJ Penn. The P4P king of unproven accusations and poor sportsmanship. Did I mention he's a hell of a whiner too. I respect his abilities as a fighter, but he shows very little class in his obsession with discrediting GSP.

    Id read his book and check out some of his daily blogs before making statements like that if I were you !!!!

    It was his lawyer and Keith Kizer , yes Keith Kizer who initally pushed BJ into making an official case against GSP , im not siding with either on this , but as soon as the accuzation was made I immediatley watched the fight again , and you can see people from the NASC telling his corner to wipe the grease off his back in between rounds !!!! :deal
