Yeah, I'm not nearly as impressed with Penn nailing Hughes that early as some are. Hughes is really that lousy and if the last couple of guys he's fought had decent stand up he wouldn't have tried that strategy. As for "Penn is hard to take down", that didn't stop him from trying the first couple times they fought. That's Hughes' strength, after all.
