Everything seems very "Hi tech", the running machine, blood checking all the time, etc. In an interview he sad he is doing much much better, since he changed his stamina training, diet etc.
I think they are ahead of Abel Sanchez and the Big Bear gym in California. It sounds good, to train in a high sea level, and don't meet anyone who you know, except your trainer and training partners, but i don't think that's the best for a modern athlete(GGG).

Ingle seems like a good coach.

Dominic Ingle gave him the much needed boot in the ass he's required for awhile now, Saunders is world class and one of the most talented pure boxers in the world, something I and many others have thought for years, the only problems he had before were lack of motivation, he needed to be in better shape and work on his stamina, well those aren't the hardest things to accomplish if you have the proper inspiration, and now he does. And it has **** all to do with PED's.

He's always had it in him, but lacked proper motivation before and won while not even giving it 100%.

The thing with bjs is he has an extremely high boxing iq, like fury, perhaps even higher, and you can tell when you listen to him talk how the ebbs and flows of a fight are second nature to him. Also his confidence comes across clearly. He also criticises himself when needed in a very practical way which is essential to improving but his background and natural abrasive demeanor tend to throw people off.

Yeah, I was thinking that's probably the difference too.

He's under lock & key in Sheffield! A focused BJS under Ingle may be a force!

Pretty much what everyone here said. The talent was always there but the direction was off. He seems aligned now.

I’ve always liked BJS. He is abrasive but funny as fark.

He is also very self critical. I don’t remember any other boxers appologize to crowd for **** performance, even after a win.

First of all, Saunders executed his game plan perfectly and had the abilities to do it. Every Lemieux weaknesses were targeted during that fight.

Saunders was great find at keeping the distance and finding his reach making David miss all night. LEMieux paid the price for his inability to cut off the ring effectively, paid for his lack of reach and for predictability. Saunders used that 20 feet ring

from poor performance to great performance I have to see where he goes from here. From a poor outing vs Monroe, I want to see him vs Jacobs next.
