Dropped Lee twice, could've probably got Lemieux out of there too. How do you rate his power ? Would it keep GGG and other big punchers off him or could this be one of/his biggest weakness ?
Dispatched Fletcher in one round. Took Jacobs 4 round. Underrated power. You coul see that from the way Lemieux responded to single hits.
He probably has very decent power, but doesn't commit and/or takes risks. Against Lee that almost cost him the fight, making it uncomfortably close. But to keep Golovkin honest, you'll needs big (Lemmy, Jacobs) kinda power. Otherwise he just takes one to dish out a much harder one himself.
I think he has decent power.. It showed when he stood still and punched against Lemiux.. He is however moving most of the time so because of his style he obviously not a super KO dude.. But looks like he does have decent power.
If he's not willing to take risks to use it, then it's basically non-existent and he's just a stick and move jabber.
Lemieux was out on his feet several times. It's the timing and accuracy of BJS that is the key. But yes, his power is underrated.
Hits hard enough I guess but I think it's more his accuracy and the other guy not seeing the shots coming. I don't think many people would be scared to trade with him. Although, he looks stronger and his stamina seems way better since joining Ingle whose gym has some rumours about it...
Like most fighters, I'm fairly certain he can punch, like most fighters with low KO ratios, he plays it safe rather than committing, he may very well be hiding some glass, who knows.
Saunders is a big middleweight , he has good power . If he commits to maintaining fitness between fights then he can retire with several million in the bank . Saunders will give anyone at 160 a serious challenge
Saunders power or not he's a level below GG Canelo and Jacobs still will give a hard fight tho but will come up shorty, plz don't start hyping him like people did with Lembum
