    Bingo.

BJS is not this "straight up honest" guy people like to think he is. He wanted 6 mil to fight GGG because he KNOWS the money isn't there and he KNOWS he'd end up with a toe tag within 3 rounds.

IMO, if GGG can't get Canelo, he needs to move his a$$ north of 160. There are barely any at 168 who would give him a go... 160 or under there is no one and I'm not interested. He's 34...time for some legacy fights FFS.

Thanks, but moving to 168 right now would be the dumbest decision of his entire career. One belt away from being the first undisputed champion in over a decade. Close to a Canelo fight (how close is yet to be seen). Close to breaking Bhop's defense record. You still have guys like Canwlo, BJS, Jacobs, Eubank, that are all good fights. If he goes up to 168, he'll be back to the starting situation he was in 4-5 years ago. No belts and no big names who want to fight him.

What big fights are at 160 for him right now? Eubank says he wants GGG but he hasn't even had the stones to rematch BJS let alone take an L from GGG, BJS clearly doesn't want GGG, Quillen is a nobody, Lee is not a big draw, he already beat Lemieux and Geale, Cotto sure as hell doesn't want it... so there is Jacobs. How is moving to 168, where presumably all of the top guys would get in the ring with him, a bad idea?

Because the top guys don't want him. His team has already said they have reached out to the them and they're uninterested.

Again, becoming undisputed and breaking Bhop's record both make it worthwhile to stay at 160. Why would he drop all that and go to 168 when he's the closest he's ever been to fulfilling his goal?

Spot on! IMO GGG's biggest fights are @ 160. He has to add one belt to his collection , then all top mw contenders would be forced by obvious reasons to fight him. :good

Being the undisputed mw champion , GGG would get worldwide recognised as the legit king of the mw division by achieving something that lots of nowadays boxers seem to forgot i.e unifying all titles a division. All roads would lead to him having all those belts.:good

Agree with this. In fact, if I were him I'd stay at 160 for the next five years, rule it with an iron fist, fight 4 times a year and go down as the greatest MW in history :thumbsup

He's thinking he has a back up money fight in Eubank Jr II but in reality no one aside maybe Canelo @155 would give him as much money as K2 offered to him for a fight vs GGG.
