Upcoming fight and great news for the Oz boxing scene.Blake has fought the very best this region has,he has not ducked anyone and for this I give him major props because this will show up in his development down the track,when he steps onto the international scene,he wont be completely outclassed like the Brunkers,Flemings,Pitts and co will as they are fighting bums continuously,when they step up,its gonna be Billy Dib,Hussein brothers,Hamdan etc all over again ! Props to Blake for going for a evenly matched fight:good
As a spectator its decent fight for sure - but personally, and in his best interest, I think its time for Blake to hit the road - UK or US and try and get some fights that matter on the world scene - would love to see him takw it to the next level.
True,think its still pretty early for that though,perhaps another 2-3 fights. Blake hasn't even hit 20 fights yet and if you have a look at his opposition within his career thus far its a dam good resume id say. Where if you look at our other fighters coming up,guys with the same amount or more fights then Blake and look at their resume's,ud be lucky to find more then a handful of fighters with winning records let alone good opposition.
