Well all the british commentators and me and my mates had ward winning in a very close fight. HBO commentators should retire dont know what they were watching!

Yep,,also makes one think twice about boxers ring knowledge and smarts that agreed with the outcome. I understand ppl will usually stick by their pick but the whole contravesy is ridiculous any credible fan even would see Ward needed a k.o after rnd 6 to win.

Sensational comeback from Ward, people screaming robbery have no idea what they're watching. Ward was the deserved victor in a very close fight.

Your right man. I thought punches and power punches and knock downs were a good thing. Obviously the eastern euros have a lot more to learn.
    Thanks man !!!!

I had Kovalev winning but I couldn't call that a robbery, watch the Perez Vs Hooker fight before the main event, that was a robbery in my opinion.

True ,True its very unique, almost one of a kind in its own way . I hope to see many more like this one ,the entire community would have endless benifets and possible out growing off the forum itself ,podcast, talk show, ring commentator..etc..endless possibilities. This has years of thinking written all over it, the question is how did this person come up with this thread in such short time? Who cares its here and were on it .

I had two swing rounds edged it to Ward 7-5

Can't blame you for your score though, cheers.

The HBO commentators (Lampley in particular) always seem late to the party whenever the slightest shifts in momentum begin happening in any given fight. I like Harold, but he was way off the mark that night (not even necessarily in his scoring, but more in his depiction of what was unfolding). I tend to rate Kellerman low in terms of his commentating abilities, but him (and Roy to a lesser extent) were at least able to see when Ward began neutralizing Kovalev's work, before the momentum swung more obviously in Ward's favor in the 7th.
