Leave them alone. They will bust open soon enough.

The accumulation of fluid underneath the skin is equivalent to a miniature abcess and likely to increase infection. They are NOT calluses.

Is the skin on top of the blister soggy? If so you can puncture it and let the blood/pus ooze out, make sure you sterilise a needle (boil it or heat the end with a lighter), then squish out all the fluid ...rinse with some disinfectant or saline.

Soak your feet in red wine, that tightens the skin.
This is coming from someone who's in the army, and as most army people know, feet blisters from the boots are quite common, so I can vouch for this method.

They are NOT calluses. A blister can be more than just superficial. Take your ill advised medical knowledge and **** off.

alright i know theyre not calluses. i think its under a callus though cuz i cant get at the damn thing and i dont really feel like putting a needle through my foot to find it

If you have to go that far with a needle, then I can assure you 100% it is not a simple blood blister. You have an abcess embedded under your actual layer of skin. Check how many weeks the blood has accumulated, and whether over that period of time it has gotten larger or shrunk. If it has gotten larger you should rest it, keep it dry and do no vigorous activity with the foot until the blood has dissipated and healed (been absorbed through your system or the help of antibiotics).

Your other choice is to stick a hypo in there and drain out the fluid. I dont suggest you go this path unless you really know what you're doing. If you continue to aggravate a deposit of Dead tissue, it can spread, causing collaterol infection which in extreme unchecked cases kills off the entire limb.

Thats the breakdown anyway. Just rest it.
