Wow. Hit the nail on the head. Agree on everything he said about UFC. Nog vs Bader was criminal. ABSOLUTELY criminal. If you have a single ****ing clue how fights should be judged, Bader got slaughtered. Getting stuffed 10 times only to get one takedown = you are getting your ass beat. Mir didn't do ****, didn't control ****. Then again neither did Crocop. Mir is overrated, which is nothing new.
I actually agreed with everything he said aswell. Maybe cause he dropped the douchebag 'tude. But he is spot on. And that's quite a big admission for me considering how much I 'dissed' his previous vids
I wrote pretty much the same thing on the who's watching the ufc thread.. I'm not spending a dime on UFC cards anymore. I'll be watching the though.
I thought BL was just some jerk off with a webcam when I first saw his videos but then I started posting on his forum and he seems like a cool guy. We have our differences in opinion but the guy knows his MMA.
its a sport. the rules need to evolve and then so will the fighters. lets be real tho, the rules favor wrestlers. the best wrestlers are white americans which just happens to be ufc's prime market. if this clown didnt watch a fight he needs to stfu and go find a stream link. all i saw was a lot of glorified draws. unless you can finish the guy then stfu. thats the bottom line.
One of the worst UFCs my ass. With the exception of the main event - it was a very entertaining card all the way through. Every fight was hard fought. Guillard outlanded Stephens all through the first two rounds but lost the third handily. Scoring by rounds that's two to one. The right decision was made. Sherk/Dunham was a bad decision. Sherk dominated round one but Dunham controlled the rest of the fight. I did think Bader got a gift in the Nogueira fight. "Bar none worst fight in history of MMA?" Bull****. Has he never seen the second Shamrock/Severn fight? That was some ol bull**** if I've ever seen it. Mir was the only one doing anything in that fight. Crocop seemed to be holding back and trying to counter all night instead of trying to launch an attack of his own. The Sakuraba fight was sad. He should just move into promotion full time. He is too shopworn to compete at the top level anymore.
He controlled everything Mirko did man; he totally stopped any offense from Mirko. Of course he didn't do very much himself, mostly because as much as Mirko has fallen off, he still has his takedown defense. Plus, he knocked him the **** out.
