I don't know why this is even up for debate any more - Floyd straight up admitted to being scared of Manny:

I thought it was the "A side of MEFF"? That's that **** that makes bullets bounce off of you! Roger knows all about it which is why Manny's supplier is working with Floyd. Floyd won't be doing ring walks anymore.....he will just fly to the ring after a few of those special shakes.:yep

You seem to have a lot of confidence in how this fight would play out. Unfortunately Floyd doesn't share the same confidence......He for whatever reason felt this "walk in the park" may not be so easy given how he felt the need to spread accusations he couldn't support or back up and even took it to some extreme levels in beginning a movement to not just clean up boxing.....but took it one step further and created his own special testing. Those actions don't really scream "confidence".

Interesting point of view, I don't think Pacquiao intended to duck, but he did. Had Floyd never brought up testing, I'm betting the fight would be on. Which says a lot about Pacquiao. I think he WAS dirty but we're seeing the clean Pacquiao now.

Also, I'm quite sure with this Pac vs Money thing you all suffer from, : Really Bad Perception !" I mean if you spent anytime has a pro fighter getting touched up , no matter who you are. You're gonna be concerned about making guys Money who tried to screw you like Arum ! And if you're the biggest thing in the sport, you don't make your enemies even richer than they are off your back when he already owes you millions (Corrales, Judah )..

And the real truth about boxing and all pro sports is: nobody gives a **** about your fanaticism... if that weren't the case we all get in for free right? There'd be no PPV. And there'd be only 1 governing body for the sport. That's because this sport is about Money and Mayweather is playing the game while you're looking for an imaginary nobility that never did really exist among anyone in business, let alone the sport of boxing...

Here's what a former champion has to say:

A really intelligent boxing fan would understand that people like Amir Khan are more dangerous to Floyd Mayweather than Manny Pacquiao at this level, at this point.

For the mainstream sports fans that don't really understand boxing the way they should then the Mayweather-Pacquiao fight will always be the dream fight that never happened so if it can happen then it will generate a ton of interest, a ton of worldwide audience.

But I actually think it's a pretty easy fight for Floyd Mayweather to win and I think Khan would pose a big risk to the prefect record of Floyd Mayweather.
