Did a few rounds sparring with a novice pro from my gym yesterday, was all fine but he hit me with a few big shots in the last round and afterwards the left half of my vision had a section that was blurry. I thought it was due to an eye poke but if I covered either eye the blurriness remained. After about 20minutes I decided not to keep training and walked home, it cleared up on the way although I felt a bit dazed for a while. I'm not particularly worried as it didn't last that long just curious as to what it could be.

its nothing man, i had it few time

my friend is a doctor and he says that the brain part for vision has been shocked, and thats why you had bigger blurry section in one eye.. he says its nothing if its gone in hour, but if it stays longer then you must visit a doctor.

You weren't wearing contacts, right?
I've had that happen to me. Leave them on and sweat blurs my vision. Too distracting while sparring

Could be a retina problem. I got hit and the blurring came and went till my retina folded. Better safe than sorry

haha no contacts. I don't think it was an eye thing as the blurring was there when I covered each eye and I only got slightly poked in one eye.

It was gone within a few minutes after I walked home and got some fresh air.

Why do you say that tri-pod?

do you honestly expect someone here to give you an accurate diagonosis?? if your not worried about it then keep sparring if the problem keeps occurring than see a doctor

Obviously if I was concerned I would speak to a doctor but I just wanted to know if anyone had had a similar experience.
