Wouldn't that mean you believe Rios beats Manny? Unless the scorecards are rigged there is no way Rios would beat Manny.

Bob doesn't give a **** who Manny fights as long as it's a Top Rank guy.

Well I don't see how it's cashing out when there is absolutely no way Manny loses that fight.

It may even be an opportunity for manny to look good once again. I called it cashing out because it's strictly for the money at this stage. Rios has done zip; he's not even a welter

Yeah probably is to make Manny look good but then I wouldn't call it cashing out, maybe my definition is wrong but cashing out to me is when you throw a fighter in when you know he will lose but you're taking the money and running.

Manny will always look amazing against fighters like Rios. I actually think it's a strange fight to make because I've heard Arum talk many times about Rios being his next big fighter so why he would throw him to Pacquiao I have no idea, could potentially ruin the kid. Unless he thinks Rios has stalled in his progression and is taking the money while his stock is still at a reasonable level, in that case I would say he's cashing out on Rios.

When hasn't it been for the money? It is "prize fighting" after all.

I like a potential Rios/Alvarado-Pac fight. Its the style he needs in front of him to look good again.

This Rios/Alvaredo fight has some solid potential to be great, its a smart move to put the winner in with Manny. Follow that right up with another war, at least on paper.

I think he's just messed up with what cashing out means, he means it's not a legitimate fight it's just for the dollars. I agree with him, Rios doesn't deserve this fight, he hasn't even fought at welterweight yet.

It'd be cashing in not cashing out, that's all.

I wouldn't call Rios vs Pacquaio a cashing out fight. Manny Pacquaio has the style to beat Brandon Rios who would be walking onto fast combos in the fight.
