Arum is an idiot. The fight is not happening because he has a fighter that refuses to take multiple blood test(s) because he is scared he might test positive for EPO.

Arum and team Pacquaio area a bunch of jokers. Its not really that difficult to take a couple of tests within 30 days of a fight.

EPO requires a lab for frequent lab tests, glass chin. It requires blood draws 2x per week to monitor Hgb/Hct. It's given via subq or IV 3x per week. HBO 24/7 crew wouldn't notice that. High altitude training + EPO = very dangerous -> polycythemia.

Not if you don't want the fight.

Just to be clear, some dip**** said that he found it "interesting" that Shaeffer never asked for Shane to undergo these types of tests. Of course he didn't. Shane is his guy. That would be like Arum proposing that Manny go through more stringent testing, which would never happen in a million ****ing years as long as Manny's represented by Top Rank. Not only did Bob not propose the idea, apparently he ****ing hates the idea of Manny being subjected to anything but the NSAC's standard scheduled **** tests.

Not sure what a baseball player has to do with it, but I can tell you right now that the black boxers who have actually tested positive or been busted have had less damage done to their legacy than the "what if" that's tarnishing Pac's.

Roy Jones, James Toney, Shane Mosley, Evander Holyfield. All got caught as professionals and don't have near the BS spewed about their legacies as Pac has. And in my opinion, it's not because they're black- it's because they're American.

The bottom line is this line of thinking is still all too common: 1)American fighters are the best. 2)If this isn't true, it must be because the foreign guy's cheating. Manny Pacquiao doesn't fit the paradigm WE set in place for what an Asian fighter should be. So, it's alot easier to try and tear him down. Floyd and Oscar were exceptional multi-weight champions, and how many times have they ever been accused of PED's?

Has anyone stopped to think that maybe Mayweather's so adamant about USADA testing because he's using something USADA can't test for? Of course not, because he's American. He doesn't need to cheat because he's already naturally better, right? Why not stay stuck in that paradigm, because it's much easier to do that than to see that recent history shows that US fighters, if anything, are more likely to be on something than their foreign counterparts.

GTFO - you make too much sense.

Can you imagine if some third world boxer wanted... correction demanded Mayweather to be tested? This board would be "Who the **** are you?" instead of "Mayweather says no, so he must be on roids."
    Same with American sports writers.
