They are both using selective memory. From the very first contract, where all the testing stuff started, Floyd signed and Pac didn't because of the OSDT stipulation. Since then, there have been like 2 or 3 new contracts that Floyd has not signed.

So they are both sort of distorting the past to benefit themselves.
