    No none of the doping agencies have the power to stop a fight ..Your right Thats up to the commission of that state ..But since there is no real control fights go on .And yes Garcia agreed to fight Morales after his failed drug test prior to the fight.


    But khan was lucky ..Cheaterson was a loaded weapon in there .Khan better thank his lucky stars he escaped DC with only a controversy.:bart
