When Bob says he wants to make a fight he means it!

He is very honest in saying when he has ducked fights in the past, like when he and Loma ducked Old Man Pac

 

Isn't he like mister marination?
I also want it next by the way, but it isn't going to happen.

 

It will marinate until they realize they aren't big ppv draws and adjust their asking price accordingly

 

I'm thinking this isn't bluff. I think it's because Crawford is extremely outspoken regarding who he wants next and I think Bob knows Crawford has a pit bull mentality and he isn't gonna be able to steer him into a continual line of "less than" opponents without Crawford bucking at the reigns.

 

Bob realizes he has nobody at TR or elsewhere to throw in with Crawford after Khan. He also understands that Crawford is on the wrong side of 30 now and is no spring chicken. He's at the very end of his physical prime.

the problem is that Spence has all sorts of options. He's going in with Porter and then hunting the Pac v. Thurman winner. And don't forget that Danny Garcia is going to probably (but maybe not) press for his mandatory shot.

I agree, this time I think it is genuine. Also, Crawford is getting older, Spence is younger ....

But while Spence is not a ducker and would be up for this, the bad blood between their promoters is still a huge issue which I expect will delay the fight.

 

Don't know Bob is getting pretty old maybe he wants to get it in before it to late

 

The negotiations are definitely gonna be contentious..........

 

Loma did not duck pac.

He is currently fighting two weight classes above his fully grown adult weight and Pac is two more above that.

He may have chosen not to fight pac. That's a lot different from ducking him.

Unless you want to say he ducked GGG as well.

And maybe he ducked AJ too !

 

Al's plan all along was to milk the rest of his 147 stable until the bigger fights between them were exhausted and they were ready to be fed to Spence. Otherwise, he could've started making those fights three years ago.

Now, that's exactly where we're at. He's going to use them to build Spence up more, and that's when he'll consider making the Crawford fight.

 

I have been saying this for years, why does he want to marinate everything for so long being that old and rich?
Then he sucks the blood of another virgin and instantly gets another 10 spot added to his life. Incredible.
