    Bob Arum at the Latin Fury press conference:

    "I told Gamboa if he's successful in July, we'll bring him back in September in Madison Square Garden in a co-feature, and we're gonna keep building him. And the fight I'd like to make down the line that would be absolutely huge would be Gamboa vs. Juan Manuel Lopez."

    Sound nice or what? :thumbsup

    well if top rank did that, that would be good for lopez and maybe not so good for gamboa

    top rank need to upgrade gamboa's "regular" WBA title

    i remember when amsterdam and company was hyping up gamboa, some of them would even claim gamboa beats pacman in 6 rounds lol some supernatural :nut

    Juanma by Brutal KO. People forget that behind the devastating power he's also a very good boxer. Everyone knew that Penalosa would be outgunned against Juanma, but what surprised me was just how easy he was handled. Juanma literally won every second of every round. I think he would break down Gamboa and catch him with a devastating combination between rounds 6-8 that would put the Cuban to sleep.

    Correct, and Juanma is the man to do it. I've been seriously impressed with him, he just seems to have everyhing - speed, power, composure, stamina. You're lucky to have him representing your country :good
