More to do with Khan's promoter than Khan himself. If Khan was promoted by Top Rank this fight would have likely been signed and everyone would be singing a different tune.
Khan did this to himself. He had the chance to stay with that network before he went chasing behind TMT's nuts and signed with Al Haymon. Now he has nothing from either side. He was willing be just as disloyal to Al but he's locked in that contract and this ain't the UK. He should really start back fighting in England and rebuild his dwindling brand back up.
