i don't read anything about pac signing into a long-term exclusive deal with Showtime. Tyson-Lewis was problematic because tyson had an exclusive deal with showtime and lewis was closely tied to HBO. If pac and floyd comes to a deal, what happens is HBO and showtime would have to bid for rights to air the fight

lol, and how many times have the fans he's talking about told him to **** off?
To elaborate on why Arum said that, he meant the hardcore fans can **** off with their criticisms of the fights he puts together as they aren't the majority of PPV consumers, the casuals are.

Yeah i dont think pac is, but it seems like arum doesnt want anything to do with HBO which makes it a confusing situation.
If they fight is negotiated i believe that is exactly what would happen, both parties will broadcast the fight, which will be making it bigger than it already was...maybe this is all apart of Arum's wicked, scheming, money making plan:think?

all HBO have to do is secure a deal with golden boy who have some very good fighters coming through like alvares, khan, ortiz and kirkland. Also get a deal with frank warren because at least 2 of them olympians are going to be elite fighters. as long as golden boy continue to get the best fighters then HBO won't have a problem. bob arum can't do **** on his own.

Looks like Haymon is trying to get HBO to force out Arum. WHy else would HBO reject Cotto-Mayorga? Look at the **** HBO puts on with Haymon fighters like Berto and Floyd. Cotto is a moneymaker. Something very very dirty is up here. Al Haymon is a very dirty businessman.

The fight was Coto vs Vanes not vs Mayorga rum chose Mayorga because of the market value off selling ppv.

HBO continues to destroy their reputation in boxing.Greenberg and Davis have to go.Since they have taken over the boxing reigns at HBO and DiBella left HBO,they have slid down and lost their way.
HBO will regret this disrespect to Arum and Cotto.

Cotto vs. Brad Pitt would sell even better, but I better not give Bobby ideas. At least not for free.

How so? HBO is putting their foot down and not allowing Arum to push his own agenda that is hurting the sport.

HBO was cool with Martinez or Williams for Cotto in March and Arum wasn't interested in those fights and wanted in house with Martirosyan or an "easy" fight against Mayorga.

Respect to HBO for taking a difficult stand that will only help the sport in the long run :deal
