i'd bet on cotto, i have betted on him in his last 5 fights, he might not win this, but it will not be a bow out like alot of you are expecting.

Great news as i've said for a long time this fight will happen next year, looks like its getting closer. Can't wait if it comes off, biggest welterweight fight since leonard hearns imo, slightly bigger than oscar v trinidad in boxing legacy terms than that fight i think

This fight isn't going to happen any time soon ... PBF and company are filing a lawsuit against TopRank for unpaid royalties ...

I don't believe that Arum said that -- they are in a legal battle reguarding millions of dollars.

PBF said that Arum owes him money for the Judah fight and the Gatti fight ...

TopRank says that Floyd owes the company money for money they gave to him over the years ...

This sounds like a long legal battle.

Check all boxing sites you will see this has been reported.

Now coming from a Floyd fan, there shouldn't be no excuses because he knows no one wants to see him fight Hoya. And 20 mill is the money he is talking about. If Floyd beats him he can retire, and I won't want t osee him fight anyone else, besides Shane which Shane messed up himself

Stop fantasizing on PBF-Cotto, that's just a bull**** business fight where we already know how the action will be...

Margarito-Cotto to unify the IBF and WBA belts, now that would be all fireworks for 12 rounds if it lasts that long !! A possible Fight of the Year candidate !!! Fight fans should wish for that one and it's much more realistic at this point !!!

I think Floyd is gonna get on his bike for 12 rounds, elbow cottos neck, duck his head to the floor and jab every other minute....come on guys this is MONEY FLOYD hes not a boxer. Do we ever expect Floyd to fight with somebody who is equal in size? hell no because hes smart not to. I hate to say this but I give this fight to Floyd UD, does not let cotto get near him.

I just see Cotto getting stopped - either from too much punishment or cuts ... the thing is when fighters had Cotto in trouble they usually tirerd themselves out or didn't have the skill to break him down.

PBF will aim consistantly at Cotto's chin and often hitting him to the body. Once Cotto shows signs of hurt thats when PBF finishes him ...

I am with you on this one. This would be a more interesting fight that will go head on for as long as it lasts. I doubt the full 12 rounds. I actually think that Cotto would be backing up on this one and Margarito putting the pressure.
