Is this just more PROMO hype? Possibly, but PBF needs 2 STEP UP.

 

Joshua Clottey will be the mandatory of the winner of Cintron v Margarito -- that happens if Cintron wins, but Margarito already holds a win over Clottey.

Mosley or Judah won't get a rematch, their fighting for no purpose and both should retire.

IBF is so terrible that they might just put Clottey in a couple more eliminators like they did Nate Campbell before he actually gets his title shot.

 

I haven't heard of a proposed offer ... from Arum or a direct challenge from Cotto himself.

Including Clottey or Mosley/Judah into the list of Cotto's possible opponents would only create problems for a potential Mayweather-Cotto fight.

Cotto has said he wants Floyd on multiple interviews but will fight who the Co. puts there. He wants the best fights.

Hey if it goes down and they make Clottey the mandatory then, Cotto can just vacate the belt ... that belt has been cursed since Tito vacated it in 99'

Mosley or Judah can't call for a rematch because they both been beat convincingly by Cotto.

DLH can make alot of money not fighting PBF and promoting the fight and still have his victory for the year.

the problem is the scheduling ... because there isn't a big window for Cotto to fight in April, July or August, then Nov or Dec.

 

Who knows if Cotto would vacate that belt. Maybe he will accept that "tune up" against Clottey.

Money can make any rematch happen.

If Arum really offers a contract to Mayweather for $20 million to fight Cotto, after Mayweather rematches DLH, then I'm sure we'll all get our wish to see the fight.

Because each guy wanted more money, and argued over the weight.

 

IMO Tito's career he accomplished more than DLH and DLH has spent the latter portion of his career chasing Tito's shadow.

 

If Cotto beats Gomez and Margarito then Mayorga in this year like ive heard about and Floyd beats Oscar agian if this fight doesnt happen them im blaiming both honestly cause u know Floyd wont turn a 20 million dollar payday down on his own Bob Arum might find a way to **** it up. If those things happen I say we all go murder everyone involved in this.
