Unfortunately, all of these promoters are this way. Promoters should be like lobbyists. If you are a promoter you can't also manage a fighter. Too much conflict of interest.
As far as Crawford goes at least he and Arum have said that they want to fight Spence. However, if someone mentions the fight to Spence he seems to get upset. Seems like Al told Spence to keep Crawford's name out of his mouth.
