Pacquiao looks at his career and what he's achieved, a shitload. That path wasn't chosen for him, he was guided, and what a path it's been. Can you really blame him for showing blind loyalty to those that have pushed him to this point? I can't, even if recent revelations are misguided.

COme one, it came straight out of his mouth that he rather fight Mosley than Marquez due to "drawing" power. It was him who said it. How starry eyed some people get about him is insane.

Why shouldn't we put partial blame on them? Pac can't be that dumb to not know he's been fighting corpses. Besides, fighters are boxing fans as well. They KNOW what is considered ideal matches for fans in general.

If fighters like Pac and Floyd are working for me, I'd either have them fired by now or make them aware that they are on real thin ice. No excuses.

Pac is in semi-retirement mode. Clottey, Margarito, Mosley... He's picking opponents like a part-time fighter who has no more hunger for the sport. Even though Clottey and Margo were tough opponents for anyone at those weights, they weren't in a position to elevate Pac's status. It's like there's nothing left to prove and no will to prove anything anymore.

Pac vs Mosley is two fighters who have past the peak of their careers, Mosley alot more than Manny. But one thing for sure is neither is fighting with the hunger of days past.

I'd rather see Pac fighting than retired, even if it's Mosley. But this kind of challenge doesn't get my blood boiling at all.

I'm sorry to say but it seems the golden days of Pacman's era ended with the decade and the failed Mayweather negotiations.

Once again I don't blame Arum. He doesn't care about the integrity of boxing or whatever bull**** only the money. These dumb ass dickriders keep putting money right in his hand whatever bull**** fight is made. If idiots wouldn't of paid money for the Margarito fight Bob's tune would be different in making a fight with Floyd. I blame the fans.Bob is just being Bob.Nothing new.

It's about respect. I see a lot of these guys leaving their promoters at the first chance but Manny is different. He knows how big Arum has made him and, honestly, without Arum, Pacquiao wouldn't be close to the star he is and he wouldn't be able to make the difference he can in the Philippines. If he starts demanding who Arum puts him in against, that's disrespectful. He'll never go against Arum and Roach for this reason. Obviously he'd be a great fighter without them two, but they helped immensely.

I like that attitude too. It's a breath of fresh air in boxing, a sport where 99% of fighters and boxers are more than happy to **** on their team/fighter at the first chance, if there's money to be made from it.

the way Pac sees it, it's not his job to set up fights. That's what his promoter gets paid to do. He gets paid to fight.

what a load of bull****, some of you mother ****ers are shitting all over pac and arum because arum is talking about pac fighting mosley next. You ****s have got a short memory because when mayweather fought mosley & marques they were both over hill just as they are now. Dont try and make out like they were on some type of a roll and it was the best fight for mayweather because he only wants to fight the best.

1st Mayweather fought Marques when he came out of retirement, stating that he was a bigger draw than Mosley because he had a whole country supporting him.
2nd He fought Mosley because he couldnt get pac in the ring

Truth is he fought these guys because he knew they were the best paydays for the easiest wins. So dont go shitting on Arum for trying to get the same **** for pac, elerby does the same **** for mayweather. You dont see mayweather calling out Bradley, Berto etc, why because they are young, dangerous but most of all small paydays.

My opinion is that the champ fights the Number #1 contender, #2 fight #3 for number #1 position and so on. This is how the real champ is determined. Its clear that boxing is more about making money that crowning the best fighter, hence the ABC champions and catchweight bull**** matches that are for no real title.

    end rant, flame away
