Thats why I say when fighters like Oscar and Floyd leave arum and go their own route its a good thing. Promoters like Arum is out there for himself and not his fighters. He will milk them for as long as he can.

Your last sentence is plain incorrect. Both Arum and Cotto want PBF, and have both called him out. PBF is the one running silly, fighting in the WWE instead of taking on top contenders.

 

Im not too bothered if Winky gets a shot, he has a bigger name than most guys at 160, but is hardly super famous himself is he?! he has never been marketable and considering he lost his last fight, im not convinced he even deserves a shot.

And why should the same old names be recycled to make marketable fights?! Pavlik - Abraham is far more interesting.

And money wise John Duddy gets him just as much cash as Wright does...

 

arum is not afraid of wright. No one has ever looked good against wright. Look what happened to taylor after he fought wright. He lost alot of fans. Arum is smart cause their is alot more money down the road if pavlik beats the crap out of the rest of the middle weight division.
