    All my respect goes out to Bob Arum & Team Pacquiao. Once again their beautiful matchmaking is taking place right in front of our eyes & it's absolutely GENIUS. First they ducked Shane Mosley when he was fresh off a KO of Antonio Margarito & said the only way he gets the Pacquiao fight is if he faces him at 140lbs. Now to my knowledge Shane has never even fought at 140lbs he went from Lightweight straight to Welter to face Oscar. Now they know Shane wouldnt agree to that especially because of the position he was in (just KO'd the lineal WW champ). Then they sit back let Mayweather dismantle him & most importantly they criticized the win (saying Mosley was old & shot). Fast forward to the last month of Pacquiao choosing his next opponent the 3 options were Marquez III, Berto, and Mosley. Lets start with Berto, they claimed he was not a huge draw but he is more popular then Clottey thou not as proven but he has a better following. Marquez wanted about 5mill for a Pacquiao trilogy and they said he priced himself out but then turn around and pay Mosley 7mill. Folks this is an obvious duck and a joke Bob Arum & Team Pacquiao are turning the Great Sport of boxing into the WWE or some TNA Impact bull**** WAKE UP!

    i agree. roach said after the floyd-shane fight that "shane got old overnight" and now they are fighting him....not cool yo.

    Once again. Margarito was NEVER the lineal welterweight champion. Floyd took it with him when he retired and they never crowned a new RING welterweight champion. That said, it was a good victory for Shane but people talk about Pac getting tailor made opponents? Shane has historically looked great against Mexicans and Brawlers.

    Getting that out of the way, I hate that he's facing Shane. But I'm willing to hold out and believe Pac is going to fight decent opposition before he retires.

    you are 100% correct my mistake,

    Mayweather was the last lineal champ after he took the straps from Baldomir back in "06"

    but Margarito was the most credible champ in my eyes, because he took he strap from Cotto who was a good champ but not lineal

    thanks for pointing that out

    and on a side not i hate the fight too but who are we kidding we will watch the fight (i wont pay for it) but we are boxing fans and can always enjoy a good scrap

    I dont understand why you say he is ruining the sport.
    Every event that he sells, its full
    He has all his fighters fight each other and he doesnt over protect them
    Except for Julio Cesar Jr.

    he doesnt even let his fighters fight other fighters from other stables and cant even get the fight that everyone wants to made

    It's funny you say that, because when Floyd was putting on a clinic on the actual Lineal, (unofficial undisputed) Welterweight Champion, Baldomir.

    They said he was ducking Margarito.

    I can't believe idiots blame arum for a lot of ****. All promoters do everything for money. **** even Floyd and ODLH is doing the same thing but it just happens that Arum is a lot better in the business than the two.
