He didn't do too bad in the 90s and 2000s, look at all the great fights TR promoted in the past couple decades. It was just with the recent acrimony, lawsuits with GBP that it came to a halt, so there were some factors influencing it. Even with GBP stealing money from Pacquiao fights he still made Pacquiao fights with GBP fighters Marquez, De La Hoya, Hatton as recently as 2009, and they were all but signed to face Mayweather in 2010 before **** exploded. It's really only been the last two years with Pac/Mayweather/GBP and the JuanMa/Gamboa stuff up which turned up the hate nozzle on everyone that they forget
