Linares and Easter got straps for him too if he wants belts. Who has the 135 WBO that Loma can collect?
2018 they need to stop looking for old men and fight.

True, but in 5 of those fights his guy had the advantage.
    1. Bradley was moving up from 140 and his first 147 fight was Pacquiao.
    2. Pac vs Cotto- weight
    3. Pac vs ODLH- weight
    4. Donaire vs Rigondeaux- Donaire was suppose to over power him with size like he did everyone else.
    5. Loma vs Rigo-weight

I'm not saying that these fights were not entertaining but Arum titled the scales in his favor to help the guys he liked if he could. He was the reason Maravilla was robbed of the WBC title in the first place.

Ignorant poster you mean? Lomachenko fought Rigo two divisions up and 37. Loma post fight says Rigo was in the wrong division. How old was Floyd when he fought Pac, older than that? Donaire avoided Rigo for the longest time until Rigo singed with Top Rank (bob wanting more of the pie). Pac fought mostly recently defeated fighters. (mosley, cotto, margarito, hatton, DLH ...).

I said Bob just wants more of the pie and he'll make fights if the time is right. He won't put his cash cow fighters in any real danger. If fighters are OK with that like Pac and Loma then who will argue, they're still making millions. DLH, FMJ and Cotto said F you Bob I'm the star.

Jorge craves that industry with NoMasChenko. Obviously I'd be pulling hard for Loma but I really like him as well, both as a fighter and personality-wise.

He’s been in talks with Golden Boy about his next fight being against Jorge Linares. Jorge is supposed to move up to 140 after the Garcia/Lipinets fight.

Too many excuses. These are all grown men and boxers who agreed to fight. The weight is not an advantage....skills are an advantage....speed is an advantage, ring IQ is an advantage. You can look at the weight and claim it played a role in these fights but that’s only because you don’t like the fighter who won or you don’t like the promoter etc. the fact is, the better men won. It was their night or they were a level above their opponents.

I was not giving excuses at all, I believe there was a misunderstanding. I was pointing out the fact that Arum makes fights but he will make an advantage for his fighter if he can. Vanes Martirosyan admitted this already.

Vanes Martirosyan Accuses Arum of Influencing Judge

    by David P. Greisman

As news broke today of the lawsuit filed by promoter Top Rank against boxing adviser Al Haymon and significant investors in his “Premier Boxing Champions” venture, people took to Twitter to comment — including boxers signed with Haymon.

Vanes Martirosyan, who once was promoted by Top Rank and is now with Haymon, took aim and accused the company’s head, Bob Arum, of influencing a judge back when the fighter and promoter were still working together.

“Its funny I left TOP RANK because there all Liers and The most corrupt people I've ever seen in Boxing and there the ones Talking,” Martirosyan tweeted at one point.

He was soon asked about a rare time when Top Rank promoted a bout involving a fighter advised by Haymon — when Martirosyan faced Erislandy Lara in November 2012.

“They where forced to do that fight And Bob Arum Told me don’t worry I spoke to one of the judges you got this fight,” Martirosyan tweeted.

Both tweets have since been deleted.

Martirosyan and Lara was on a Top Rank card as the company had won a purse bid for what was a title eliminator. The boxers fought to a technical draw after a clash of heads ended their bout in the ninth round. It was a close fight, as reflected on the scorecards: One judge had it 86-85 for Martirosyan, one had it 87-84 for Lara, and the third had it even at 86-86.

A year later, in late 2013, Martirosyan lost a close split decision to Demetrius Andrade in a fight for a vacant world title. Top Rank released him in 2014, and since then he’s outpointed Mario Lozano and Willie Nelson, then lost to Jermell Charlo this past March. Martirosyan, 29, is 35-2-1 with 21 KOs.

Given Martirosyan’s implication that Arum had spoken to a judge prior to the Lara fight, *******.com reached out to Top Rank for comment and heard back from Carl Moretti, the company’s vice president of boxing operations.

“The subject matter, and Vanes, are not worth commenting on,” Moretti said.

Gotcha.... I know Bob has been involved in FBI investigations around his influence on fights. No arguments here on Arum being ethical. I don't always trust him or other promoters for that matter

I agree, but you get paid more with a title belt than without one. That's just the business.
