Bob Arum: Manny Pacquiao Has 3 More Times (Amir Khan, Kell Brook, Terence Crawford)

Jesus, Arum is gonna pimp poor Pacquiao out until the last dime can be made. Unbelievable.

 

Manny does what Manny wants- not what arum wants. And truth of the matter, there is only one name on that list that Manny has said he wants and it's Khan.

If Arum continues trying to push his agenda on Pacquiao, he'll eventually push Pac away.

 

He's fighting floyd in May.

Floyd isn't retiring on a dogshiet fight that nobody is gonna watch. He's just milking it for the next BIG fight - to go 50-0, christen the new mgm grand boxing arena with the maiden fight, and cash out another $100m.

Unless somehow cotto defeats canelo decisively (and not rematch clause is exercised) possibly floyd decides to fight cotto for the lineal MW title. I think he'll pick pacquiao as the lesser threat though and take the bigger money while playing it safe.

No way he fights Canelo if he runs over cotto like i think he will. Floyd wants no part of non-dehydrated, 170lbs Canelo.

Im fine with either fight.

No arguing involved, but I remember when everyone said that Manny does not chose who he fights like Mayweather does, Arum choses for him. I'm certain that the contract that Arum has with Pacquiao says that he has more fights owed to Top Rank.

Manny has no choice like Ward had no choice. Either fight or lawyer up and spend that new earned money fighting Arum in court Mikey Garcia style. Pacquiao has no power over anything. All I can remember is the look on his face with that sling on. He didn't want to do it, and Arum forced him against his will and religion to be a liar.:-(

 

Pretty sure his contract ends this December or next December.

Arum can't force Pac's opponents. He can suggest, but Pacquiao chooses.

Arum and Manny got some dirty secrets together. Arum is so far up in Manny that his sacks have disappeared. Manny does what he's told and when Arum gets done, then he can be his own man.

 

If Manny (and Floyd) didn't step up together in the fight negotiations, that fight would've never happened. Arum was hampering it.

 

I'm glad at least one Pac fan admits Arum was a roadblock in the way to making the fight happen.

 

I could straight up see a one punch KO against Khan if Manny connects a clean hard power shot.

 

I've always loved both fighters.
