Who has Clottey ever beat of note? Who did Margo beat of note after he was busted for loaded gloves? Nothing underrated about those wins, average wins at best.

 

Floyd chose to retire instead of fighting those guys... I'm not saying they were guaranteed to win but Margo and Williams were nightmare matches for Floyd (height and pressure). FFS Maidana did beat Mayweather the first fight even though you won't admit it. 2nd fight Floyd did deserve the nod.. and Maidana was a poor mans Margarito.
Clottey is also a solid win for Pac.

Also the difference was you had a smaller man challenging himself to fight these bigger men and DOMINATING them. Even in Mayweather's victories there has to be some factor there. Mayweather cruises to a boring decision against a guy his size, and Pac knocks out or beats the hell out of a guy who's bigger than him. If both are fighting equally elite fighters, I got to side with the dominant performance from the smaller man.

Even with the head to head win against Pac I still can't rank him over Pac because the body of work... Then you got Pac still competing, winning belts, etc.

Styles make fights. I do think williams would maybe beat mayweather . but maidana had the hand speed to catch mayweather against the ropes . margarito didnt have the hand and foot speed maidana had to catch floyd against the ropes. I do agree with williams who had the height hand speed. Volume punch output. To give floyd problems and possibly beat him . but not margo .

You love Margarito, and claim he has no foot speed? Hand speed is null, I admit. But you clearly haven't watched much of this fighter you luv, if you think he had no foot speed. That was one of the things he had in his favor, being lighter o his feet.

But he should have. Pac had a loss that decade and 2 draws. He lost to a faded EM and going life and death with JMM never beating him clearly, the difference is PBF was a finalist last decade Pac isn't a finalist for this one. So I could hear a argument for whoever the finalist this decade who don't get it as well.

He didn't beat ****. What did Maidana do the second half of that first fight? In order for Maidana to have beaten PBF you would have had to give him the first 7 rounds of that fight which is absolutely crazy. Maidana blew his load early in that fight which is why in the 2nd fight he fought at a much more measured pace. BTW PBF is 2-0 against Maidana in case you forgot.

Margo is not a nightmare match up for PBF. PBF is a nightmare match up for him. Margo is a dumb wide open uneducated pressure fighter who has no jab is slow who looks to wear people down with size and volume and is a slow starter to boot, that doesn't work on PBF. A guy like that couldn't be more made to order for PBF, he's the exact type of slow come forward Mexican fighter that PBF has always been accused of fighting but since he didn't fight him Margo destroys him LMFAO! You can't be down 5 rounds to 0 in a fight with PBF before you decide to wake up because you're a slow starter like Margo. PBF doesn't fade has ATG defense and a chin. Margo isn't going to hit PBF enough in order to score points and win rounds nor is he going to knock him out how does he win? The difference speed reflexes and skills are simply too vast. PBF would outmaneuver Margo's slow ass around the ring be first all night long and dance away back out of range he would counter his ass to hell and back it would be funny to watch. You already know this but only bring up this bum because PBF didn't fight him. Haven't you learned by now? Wishful thinking doesn't work with PBF. Pick a better fighter than that bum.

As for Williams a basic counter puncher in Quintana beat him a master counter puncher in Lara beat him. Williams fought dumb giving up his height and had no clue in the ring and didn't fight to his strengths. He can't beat PBF either not smart or good enough.

Pac goes life and death and gets knocked out by guys that PBF fights and shuts out for tune ups stop!
