Pacquiao jumped 3 weightclasses after failing to make weight vs Singsurat. Badly drained. 3 months later he was fighting at 122lb’s. Right after Sasakul he actually fought at 116, he only tried 112 to defend his belt (which he lost on the scales).

Pacquiao didn’t even try fighting Singsurat. He was just trying to survive and has admitted to that, although the plan wasn’t to get ko’d.

I am not simpleminded and I do understand what you explained above, but I want to watch this big fight like you and other boxing fans. The best not fighting the best should come to an end. We are so tired of seeing it. This fight should have taken place 2 - 3 years ago since Pacquiao and Bud are getting older and older now. The type of this delay like Pac vs May should not happen again because it's not good for boxing. I am not blaming Pac and his team alone but everyone who's getting involved from both sides. Crawford said in the post fight interview after he beat Gamboa 3 years ago that he wants Pacquiao and now Pacquiao said the same thing as the former did. So, what the hell are they waiting for? If this big fight can not happen in this year or next year then I believe that it will never happen. You got to believe me.

I hope this fight happens, Crawford could get a late stoppage, regardless PAC gets beat up.

Pacquiao has earned the right to go out on his terms, even if it's with some really light touches. Respect to him if he does take on Crawford though. It's suicide at this stage; Thurman was outhustling him and giving him the business in some of those rounds Pacquiao takes off now. And Thurman isn't on Crawford's level. Crawford would beat him up after a competitive first third of the fight.

Crawford would beat Pacquiao up? Nah.....I don't think so. It's going to be a competitive throughout the fight and both fighters have a chance to beat each other.

I hope it would be a competitive back-and-forth, anybody-can-take-it fight. I just don't have too much faith in a 42 year old Pacquiao coming off a 1.5+ year layoff. I think his age will really show soon.

1.5 years? Did he fight Thurman the last time 1.5 years already?

Under a year, but I'm taking into account the contract negotiations, promotional build-up, and of course sports coming back slowly admist the COVID situation. Could be 2021 if/when they fight, I'm guessing.
